Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Textile Quality Control Inspector to oversee fabric production quality and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will inspect raw materials, monitor dyeing and weaving processes, and conduct final fabric evaluations before distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical and visual inspections of raw yarns, woven fabrics, and finished garments.
- Perform standard fabric tests for GSM, colorfastness, shrinkage, and tensile strength.
- Monitor weaving, dyeing, and printing processes on the factory floor to identify defects early.
- Maintain quality logs, document defect rates, and report non-conformance to production managers.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, OEKO-TEX, and client-specific quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in textile manufacturing or quality control.
- Solid understanding of weave structures, yarn counts, and fabric finishing techniques.
- Sharp eye for color matching, visual defects, and tactile fabric grading.
